Brad Keller
Sr Vice President Regional Operations - Southwest Michigan
Brad Keller, VP of regional operations in Michigan, has supervised teams at Bethany for more than 26 years. Brad enjoys helping teams build on their individual strengths, negotiating outcomes so everyone knows their role and what is expected of them, moving things in a positive direction, and using humor and joy to fulfill Bethany’s mission of serving vulnerable children and families. He earned his master’s degree in social work and has worked in child welfare, foster care, and adoption since 1995.
Jamie Prewozniak
Branch Director - Southwest Michigan
Jamie has 24 years’ experience in child welfare and mental health. She has served in various roles during her 10 years at Bethany, including domestic licensing/foster program director. She obtained her BA from Indiana University and MSW from Grand Valley State University. In 2015, Jamie received the Child Abuse Prevention Award for demonstrating excellence in working with abused and neglected children. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, playing with her dogs, and traveling. She looks forward to increasing her service by providing safety and excellent services to Bethany families.
Kelly Rybicki
Assistant Branch Director - Southwest Michigan
Kelly has been with Bethany since 2010 in a variety of roles including branch program director for refugee and immigrant services. She has vast experience in short- and long-term care for unaccompanied minors, refugee licensing, residential services, independent living plus program, family resettlement, refugee employment, post-resettlement services, and domestic foster care and licensing. She obtained her BSW and MSW from Western Michigan University. Most of her free time is spent with family and friends and enjoying time up north.
Mary Holtapp
Intake Coordinator - Southwest Michigan
Mary Holtapp is our intake coordinator, and she serves in a variety of other roles. If you call Bethany today, you will likely talk to Mary! She is very knowledgeable about our programs and has many years of social work experience.
