Dr. Jennifer Quinn
Program Director - Riverside
Jennifer Quinn joined Bethany Christian Services in 2017 and holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. Over the last 20 years, she has dedicated her time to helping children and supporting families in their foster care and adoption journeys. Jennifer is a native Californian and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Rosa Gonzalez
Office Manager - Riverside
Rosa has twelve years of experience working in foster care and adoption in the capacity of Intake Coordinator, Family Development and currently as the Office Manager. Rosa also provides CPR/First Aid classes as she is an EMS certified instructor & mentor. She enjoys traveling, spending time watching her ten year old daughter play volleyball and spending quality family time with her husband, daughter, and two adult sons on the weekends. Rosa is a spiritual person that believes that without God nothing is possible.
Erik Murillo
Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor - Riverside
Erik Murillo has been a social worker for over 15 years. He earned his master’s degree in educational counseling and enjoys offering positive support and services to children and families. Erik has lived in Southern California his entire life.
Livier Rocha
Foster Care Case Manager - Riverside
Livier Rocha joined Bethany Christian Services in 2017, bringing nine years of experience working with foster care. She earned her master’s degree in school counseling from Loma Linda University. Livier loves spending time with her family and dog, as well as traveling.
Sao Thao
Adoption Specialist MSW/MA - Riverside
Sao Thao joined Bethany Christian Services in 2018 bringing on 12 years of experience working in foster and adoption care. She earned her master’s degree in social work from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Sao enjoys relaxing with her family and reading. She also likes hiking or walking in the area beaches or landscapes of San Diego. She hopes to assist as many families as she can through the process of becoming wonderful resource parents.
