RAPT 1 introduces the mission, vision, and values of the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) and the basic structure of the agency. It explains the licensing process, explores the role of foster parents, and introduces the impact trauma can have on children in foster care. Attendees will have a chance to learn more about Bethany’s foster care team, ask questions, and connect with Bethany’s foster care intake specialist.
