Tools to Manage Difficult Behaviors

Foster Care Training November 2020

This is a series of Resource and Adoptive Training (RAPT) classes that takes place on Monday, November 2from 6pm to 9pm and also Saturday November 14th and Saturday November 21st from 9am-5pm each day. Completion of all classes is required for licensure and can be attended at different times if necessary.

Cultural Competence

This course offers an introduction to the definition of poverty in the United States and the concept of absolute versus relative poverty, as well as an examination of biases and stereotypes in regard to the social construct of race. Bethany’s foster care team will also take a brief look at some of the cultures represented in Indiana.
