When families face challenges, Parents and Children Together® (PACT) provides in-home support services tailored to the family’s needs. 

Designed for expectant parents and families with young children (birth to age 3), this free, in-home program provides weekly coaching with a trained EHS specialist, focused on your child’s early development and your family’s well-being.

Some families face crises like unemployment, homelessness, or deep financial stress. In other cases, parents need time to recover from substance use or mental health challenges.
