Christine Corcoran

Christine Corcoran

Regional Director

Christine Corcoran, MSW, LCSW serves as regional director for Bethany Christian Services, working with Missouri, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska. Christine brings 26 years of child welfare and advocacy experience where she had the opportunity to develop new programming and shape policies, procedures, and legislation pertaining to children in the foster care system. Christine earned her Master’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri- Columbia and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 1997. In her community, Christine has served on the board of the Central Missouri Dream Factory, an advisor to Kappa Kappa Gamma, was the President of the Downtown Optimist Club and most recently coordinated the Putting Kids First Campaign in Boone County which provides $6 million dollars for children’s mental health services.

Program Manager

Aimee has served on the Bethany team for more than a decade. She has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, a heart for adoption, and a passion for serving the vulnerable in our community. She is a wife and mother of three young boys.

Kelly Kennison

Kelly Kennison

Child and Family Therapist

Kelly is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPC) and has been counseling children and families since 2005. She is especially interested in helping children from "hard places" find safety and security within their loving adoptive families. Kelly has been a classroom teacher, school-based counselor, children's ministry director, summer camp director, and mom.

Madison Witte

Madison Witte

Safe Families for Children Coordinator

Madison Witte joined Bethany Christian Services in 2016. She has a bachelor's degree in child and family development and has experience working with low-income youth and families. Madison's favorite part of her job at Bethany is helping volunteers serve the St. Louis community and share God's love with their neighbors in need. When she's not working, you can probably find her exploring parks and coffee shops in South City with her husband and dogs.

Andrea Reynolds

Regional Specialist serving mid-Missouri

Andy Reynolds joined Bethany Christian Services in 2012. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri, Columbia and her Master's degree in social work from the University of Illinois Chicago. She lives with her husband and son in Jefferson City.

Benny has a degree in business administration and a commitment to helping men be the fathers, husbands, and citizens God created them to be. He has worked on the team for two years serving fathers and fathers-to-be.

Karlita Blackwell

Karlita Blackwell

Adoption Specialist

Karlita is a St. Louis native and holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Missouri and a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University. She has a heart for walking alongside potential resource families as they navigate the adoption process.

Laurel Segrist

Laurel Segrist

Parent Advocate

Laurel Bader earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Lindenwood. She interned with Thrive St. Louis and completed her senior practicum with St. Charles United Services, focusing on serving families with developmentally-challenged children. She lives in St. Charles and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, and exploring St. Louis.

Megan C. Donnelley

Megan C. Donnelley

Parent Advocate

Megan Donnelley earned her master’s degree in social work from Saint Louis University, and her bachelor’s degrees in Latin American studies and political science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. A dual citizen of the U.S. and Brazil, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish, and has experience in nine Latin American countries.

Melissa Cable

Melissa Cable

Adoption Specialist, Kansas City

Melissa first worked with Bethany as an adoption specialist in 2001. After a move and taking time away to raise her children, she returned in 2014 as a regional specialist, covering Kansas City and western Missouri. She enjoys speaking with families about adoption, spending time with adoptive families in process, and providing them with personal care. Melissa is a St. Louis native, and she received a bachelor’s degree in social work from Baylor University and a graduate certificate in theology from Covenant Seminary. Melissa and her husband, Ritchey, reside in Kansas City with their three children.

Tara Heaton

Greater St. Louis Adoption Specialist

Tara has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, is a Cincinnati native, and has a heart for serving others. She and her husband moved to Saint Louis in 2015 for seminary. They enjoy parks, exploring the city, running, and cooking.

Christalle Adkison

Christalle Adkison

Greater St. Louis Pregnancy Counselor

Christalle earned her bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in child development from Point Loma Nazarene University, in San Diego CA. Christalle recently moved to Saint Louis and loves exploring all that Saint Louis has to offer with her husband and dog. She has experience in community mental health, substance abuse, and working with pregnant and parenting families. Christalle is committed to being an instrument of God's grace through serving others in her life and at Bethany.

Kimberly Caruso

Kimberly Caruso

Office Administrator

Kimmie Caruso joined Bethany Christian Services in 2017. Previously, she worked as a missionary in South America and Africa. Most recently she worked at a children’s home for abandoned kids in the capital city of Madagascar. Kimmie is originally from Florida where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is new to the city of St. Louis and enjoys running in Forest Park on the weekends.

Kristen Setterlund

Kristen Setterlund

Clinical Supervisor

Kristen Setterlund joined Bethany Christian Services in 2018 as a clinical supervisor. She has 12 years of experience working with pregnant and parenting women, as well as assisting families in need of crisis care for their children. She is passionate about adoption and has walked alongside women making adoption plans throughout her career. Kristen earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri-Columbia and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2011. She loves living in South City and trying new restaurants in the area.
