As the holidays approach, it's easy to feel the pressure to do it all as parents. We want to create special memories, make the holidays magical, and give our kids the best of everything. But sometimes, we get so caught up in what we think we should be doing that we forget to appreciate what we're already doing.

Join us for a Parent Café where we'll talk about letting go of unrealistic expectations, finding gratitude in the everyday moments, and giving ourselves a little grace along the way. We'll share honest conversations about the pressures of parenting, celebrate the little wins we don't always give ourselves credit for, and remind each other that we don't have to be perfect to be good parents.

Parent Café is a welcoming space for parents and anyone who plays a role in a child's life to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Dinner, childcare, and community resources are provided, and it's completely free to attend.
