A Parent Café is a welcoming space where parents and caregivers come together to connect, reflect, and support one another through honest conversation and shared experiences. Join us for our June Parent Café: Going with the flow! 

As summer routines shift and life feels less predictable, we’ll talk about what it means to adapt, respond with flexibility, and give ourselves grace when things don’t go as planned. Through guided conversation, community connection, and shared encouragement, parents will have the opportunity to build protective factors, strengthen relationships, and leave feeling supported and refreshed. Free dinner and childcare will be provided.
