Sarah Caldararo
Executive Branch Director - Omaha
Sarah joined BCS as the Executive Branch Director for Iowa and Nebraska in 2019 and began working with the South Dakota branch in 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha in Criminal Justice and her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College. Sarah has worked in the areas of Child Welfare, foster care and adoption since 2004. She has a passion for advocating for vulnerable children and families. Sarah serves as the President of the Nebraska Adoption Agency Association and has been involved in a number of associations and committees throughout Nebraska and Iowa. Sarah is married and has two young daughters. In their free time, Sarah’s family enjoys traveling, boating at nearby lakes and spending time outdoors.
Dione Krush
Women's Advocate - Rapid City
Dione has been with Bethany Christian Services for over 10 years. Dione started her career with Bethany as an Expectant Parent Advocate/Pregnancy Counselor. A position that is very dear to her heart. Working with women, children and their families over the years has been a honor and a privilege. In the fall of 2020, Bethany of South Dakota had the opportunity to start the ReNew Program, an intensive case management program for expectant mothers struggling with substance use disorders. With her children leaving the nest, Dione found this the perfect time to explore a new opportunity within Bethany to channel her energy and experience. Dione has a passion for serving women and children and has been enjoying her new role. In her free time Dione cherishes time with family and friends. She is an avid reader, walker/hiker and pet mom.
