Show Hope’s “Hope for the Journey Conference” is designed to equip and encourage parents and caregivers meeting the needs of children impacted by adoption and/or foster care. Bringing together teaching, resources, and practical experiences, parents and caregivers (and the churches and organizations seeking to serve these children and families) will gain a deeper understanding of these children’s needs.

Welcome to the world of fostering Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (Ages 13-17). Think about all the benefits that a Family brings to the life of a youth in their teenage developmental years. Now picture all of that being taken away due to displacement from homes/families, due to war, violence, human trafficking, and persecution of all kinds. This is the predicament of Unaccompanied Refugee Minors from all over the world UNTIL a family like yours opens up their heart and home to them.
