Jamie Minick, MA, LPC
Assistant Branch Director, MA, LPC - Lancaster
Jamie Minick serves as the Assistant Branch Director for Central Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Jamie holds degrees in Psychology and Counseling and is a licensed professional counselor. She has been serving in child welfare for over 20 years. Jamie also cares for clients in Bethany’s Counseling Services Program. She values Bethany’s ability to bring faith into the services being provided and ensuring that all those she encounters recognize their value.
Antoinette L. Pigatt, PhD, HS-BCP, NCC
Satellite Branch Director - Martinsburg
Dr. Antoinette Pigatt sees human services as her life’s purpose and ministry. Her educational toolbox includes a BA in History and Political Science, MS Criminal Justice Administration, MS in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling, MS Human Services (specializing in Family Studies and Intervention Strategies), and a Ph.D. Human Services (specializing in Family Studies and Intervention Strategies). She holds credentials as a Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner, National Certified Counselor, Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, and Restorative Justice Facilitator. Her life experiences and academic knowledge affords her the ability to view the world through a systems approach, understanding the reciprocal influence of individuals, their environments, and their relationships. Dr. Pigatt’s 14+ years of experience in Human Services touch areas such as advocacy, equity and inclusion, juvenile justice, youth gang prevention and intervention, criminal justice, human trafficking and sexual assault victim services, mental health and family counseling, and program development and management for local, national, and global humanitarian outreach. She loves teaching and has enjoyed mentoring and teaching practitioners at the masters and PhD levels to advance human service initiatives since 2018.
Administrative Assistant - Martinsburg
Krystal Mangual joined Bethany Christian Services in 2017. She enjoys witnessing the many children Bethany helps and the marvelous way her branch equips families to offer these children caring, loving homes. In her position, Krystal is able to develop her skills, take on interesting projects, and work alongside a great team.
Family Outpatient Therapist, Family Counseling - Martinsburg
Alexa serves as a Family Outpatient Therapist at Bethany Christian Services. Alexa received her MSC Counseling degree from Clarks Summit University in an Accelerated Counseling program. With a background in case management and therapy in the substance abuse field, Alexa looks forward to applying her skills and knowledge in the foster care field. Alexa has always known that she wanted to help people improve their quality of life and is thankful for the opportunity to show the love of Christ to children in foster care. In her free time, Alexa enjoys spending time with family, drawing, crafts, and reading.
Foster Care Case Manager - Martinsburg
Arielle recently joined Bethany Christian Services as a Foster Care Case Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Criminal Justice Administration and has been working with children for over 13 years in a childcare setting. Being a former foster parent herself, Arielle has a passion to work alongside children in foster care. She enjoys spending time with her family, she has two daughters, cook/baking, singing, traveling, and taking pictures. Arielle is excited to work with the wonderful staff at Bethany, as well as helping children and families.
Brittany L. Denton
Resource Family Development Specialist - Martinsburg
Brittany graduated from Messiah University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a minor in pre-counseling and therapy. After completing an internship with a foster care agency, she developed a passion for equipping and strengthening families to protect vulnerable children. Her advocacy for human rights and desire to advance social justice stems from her belief that every individual has intrinsic dignity and worth as God’s creation. She desires to serve others from a place of humility, seeing social work as an extension of God’s love in an imperfect world. In her free time, Brittany finds relaxation in exercising, spending time with her family, trying new foods, and traveling.
Resource Family Development Specialist, BS - Martinsburg
Roberta has worked over 14 years in social work as a residential supervisor, program coordinator, and behavioral specialist with adults and children with intellectual disabilities. She’s glad God unexpectedly directed her to Bethany and looks forward to supporting families wanting to foster children. She received a B.S. from Shepherd University. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hockey (go Caps!), musical theatre, trivia, and karaoke.
