Regional Branch Director - Lancaster
Mark has over 20 years of experience working in Child Welfare. He has been a Branch Director Bethany since January of 2009. Mark has a Master’s Degree in Ministry Leadership; a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; and an Associate’s Degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling. Prior to coming to Bethany, Mark served in various positions relating to Foster Care over a 10-year period including roles in recruitment; writing Family Profiles for Foster Families and providing Case Management for children in Foster Care. More recently, Mark has also served for nine years on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Council for Children Youth and Family Services (PCCYFS); Other board and organizational leadership committees include Ambassadors for Hope and The Grape Leaf Empowerment Center. Satellite Office Director - Martinsburg
Illona Roman joined Bethany Christian Services in 2012, after earning her master’s degree in social work. She enjoys both helping families adopt and assisting men and women facing unplanned pregnancies.
Foster Care Case Manager - Martinsburg
Angie joined Bethany Christian Services in April 2019 as our Foster Care Case Manager. Angie received her Bachelors’ degree in Psychology from Ohio Christian University and is currently working on her master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling. In her spare time Angie enjoys card making, reading, walking her two collies and playing games with her two boys.
Administrative Assistant - Martinsburg
Krystal Mangual joined Bethany Christian Services in 2017. She enjoys witnessing the many children Bethany helps and the marvelous way her branch equips families to offer these children caring, loving homes. In her position, Krystal is able to develop her skills, take on interesting projects, and work alongside a great team.
Resource Family Development Specialist - Martinsburg
Holly joined Bethany Christian Services in May 2019 as our home study writer. Holly earned her Bachelors’ degree in social work from Shepherd University. Holly has always had a place in her heart for Foster Care, being that her grandmother was a foster child and she hopes to one day adopt children who need a loving home.
