Jennifer Cummings
Foster Care/Foster Care Adoption Supervisor - State College
Jennie Cummings serves as foster care and foster care adoption supervisor for the Central Pennsylvania region. In addition, she works with expectant parents through the pregnancy counseling program, and serves a small number of clients through the counseling department. Jennie's educational background is in human development and counseling, and she has over 10 years of experience working with various populations within the human services sector.
Miranda Fuller
Foster Care Case Manager - State College
Miranda Fuller is Bethany Christian Services’ foster care case manager. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with her bachelor’s degree in human development and family sciences.
Rebecca Baughman
Post Adoption Caseworker - State College
Rebecca Baughman works with post-adoptive families at Bethany Christian Services. She earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State in sociology and her Master’s degree in law, mediation and conflict resolution from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, U.K. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing board games, and traveling.

Tanya McGhee
Permanency Specialist - State College
Tanya McGhee joined Bethany Christian Services in 2016. Previously, she worked at a high school where she mentored students on academic success and truancy concerns, while also being a therapeutic support staff. Tanya enjoys her current position because it allows her to provide case management services to her clients while ensuring their safety. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys journaling, going to church, and doing devotionals.
Tina Wheeler
Office Manager - State College
Tina Wheeler has worked for over 15 years in foster care and foster care adoption. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, as well as behind the scenes. The one thing that has stayed the same is Tina’s compassion and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure children and families receive the support they need.
