Sarah Caldararo

Executive Branch Director - Omaha

Sarah joined BCS as the Executive Branch Director for NW Iowa and Nebraska in 2019. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha in Criminal Justice and her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College. Sarah has worked in the areas of Child Welfare, foster care and adoption since 2004. She has a passion for advocating for vulnerable children and families. Sarah serves as the President of the Nebraska Adoption Agency Association and has been involved in a number of associations and committees throughout Nebraska and Iowa. Sarah is married and has two young daughters. In their free time, Sarah’s family enjoys traveling, boating at nearby lakes and spending time outdoors.

Kerri Yosten

Kerri Yosten

Adoption Specialist and Pregnancy Counselor - Omaha

Kerri joins Bethany with over 12 years of experience in Child Welfare specializing in foster care and adoption. Kerri has a passion for advocating and being a voice for children and families. Kerri earned her bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and then went on to receive her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Bellevue University. Kerri and her husband, Danny, have two boys, Braxton and Kaleb. Kerri enjoys spending time with her family traveling and being outdoors.

International Adoption Social Worker, LBSW, CSW - Orange City

Heather has a passion for seeing children of all ages being placed in loving families, and she has been with Bethany Christian Services since 2007. She and her husband, Jason, have five children and have personally been blessed by the gift of adoption.

Lacy A. McKay

Lacy A. McKay

Social Worker - Omaha

Lacy is passionate about advocating for expectant parents, providing support for adoptive families, and marketing for Bethany! She and her husband serve at a church in Omaha, NE and in their free time they love to play with their goldendoodle, Samson, hike, and spend time in God's creation. Lacy earned her Bachelor's degree from Samford University in Journalism/Public Relations and Psychology, and her Master's from Luther Rice College and Seminary in Biblical Counseling.
