Amanda Spalding
Branch Director - Indianapolis
Amanda has been with Bethany since 2010 and is currently serving as branch director. With over 20 years of child welfare experience, she is committed to compassionately walking alongside vulnerable children and families. She is motivated by her faith and desire to show the love and grace of Jesus to others. Amanda holds a master’s degree and clinical license in social work. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with family (which includes three rescued dogs), cheering on her son and daughter in their sports, and traveling.

Jennifer E. Phillips
Homebuilder's Supervisor - Indianapolis
Jennifer has been with Bethany and the Homebuilders program for two years. She began serving as a practitioner and transitioned to the supervisor role in 2021. She is learning how to implement and evaluate an evidence-based practice model while adjusting to ongoing opportunities in the family preservation program. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, working out and spending time with her family.

Emily Braughton
Office Coordinator - Indianapolis
Emily oversees many aspects of our branch operations. She’s our “go-to” person in all aspects of anything IT related, HR onboarding, and general administration. Emily’s kind spirit is evident to all of those who know her. She is a devoted wife and mother of two. Outside of the office, she enjoys remodeling projects and decorating her home.

Jamie Price
Domestic Foster Care Supervisor - Indianapolis
Jamie joined the Bethany team in 2011. She has her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University. She has worked in numerous programs over the years including family preservation, pre and post adoption therapy, domestic and international adoption, and foster care. She has been in a supervisory role in our foster care program since 2019 working closely with the licensing and case management teams to provide exemplary care and support to all families. Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children traveling and exploring hidden gems on their adventures.

Ronda Wedel
UC Program Director - Indianapolis
New to Bethany in 2023, Ronda is bringing many years of leadership experience to her director role. Ronda has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lincoln Christian University and is excited to be serving our unaccompanied children as they seek to be reunified with their families here in the U.S. Ronda and her husband have 4 children, 6 grandchildren (including a foster grandchild) and a dog who keep them busy!
