Satellite Branch Director & Adoption Specialist - Northwest Arkansas
Rasheda Morris has over 11 years of experience in child welfare, including foster care and adoption case management and recruitment. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human service agency management and recreation administration from Missouri Valley College. In her free time, Rasheda enjoys traveling, volunteering as a soccer coach, and spending time with her family.

Chris Fox
Adoption Specialist - Northwest Arkansas
Chris Fox joins Bethany Christian Services with five years of experience as a family service worker, where he recruited, trained, and supported foster and adoptive parents. Through his wife’s foster care experiences, he has seen how God blesses foster and adoptive parents alongside birthfamilies. Chris is currently pursuing his master’s degree in social work. He and his wife are expecting a child in the spring.
