PA, Ft. Washington Adoption Caseworker (Full Time) This position is responsible for a full range of adoption services for Pennsylvania Families, including: conducting family home studies, matching waiting families and children, post placement supervision, and post permanency services.
Conduct placements of children according to policies for families that have been studied and approved for adoptive placement. Provide supervision of children in placement during the supervisory period. Assist families in their search for children by being the liaison between the families and the Adoption Exchanges, County Children & Youth Agencies and private foster care agencies.
