Family Intervention Specialist

Job Description:
Provide intensive,therapeutic in-home case mgt. to families a minimum of 3 times / week. Goals include diffusing crisis situations, evaluate nature of crisis and provide tools to decrease reoccurrence of crisis. Secure community resources as needed.
Hours per Week: 15 -20

Experience:
Must be familiar with family systems, case management and crisis intervention techniques.

Education:
MSW / MA in Human Services
