Hi, we are Adeweusi and Charessa. Thank you so much for taking the time to read about our lives. We are extremely excited and eager about expanding our family through adoption.

About Us:

We met in high school in 1987 through mutual friends that were dating. We were considered the sidekicks. Instantly, we became best friends, buddies, and pals. It wasn’t until New Years Eve 1995, that we realized that there was a bond between us that made everything so right. At this time, we became “Weusi and Charessa”. We married in June 2001. This day, we can honestly say that we married our “best friend”.

My Hubby:

Weusi is a social worker by day, but his true calling should have been comedy. He keeps me laughing. He has a way of finding humor in almost every situation. He is also a movie expert. He can quote dialogue straight from the movie. His other hobbies are: dominoes, darts and cards. Of course, he thinks he is an expert in all. My hubby is also a sports fanatic. He loves all sports, especially football and basket ball.

Weusi is a hardworking, dedicated and sensitive man. He will be a great father because of his calm spirit.


My Wife:

Charessa is the best. She is my other half, my completion.

Charessa is an elementary school teacher. Her students love her and she loves them. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, shopping and pizza. She also enjoys going to the health club.
My wife is a strong, faith filled praying woman. She also makes me laugh with her jokes. I am so proud of all the work she puts into her education and our home. She is a hard worker and family comes first for her. I know
She will be a wonderful mother.
