Ernie Johnson, Jr., sportscaster for TNT’s Inside the NBA and TBS’s college football and Major League Baseball, will be our emcee for the evening. Ernie Johnson is a 2-time winner of the Sports Emmy for Outstanding Sports Personality.
| Mac Powell is the lead vocalist and songwriter for the multi-Grammy and Dove award winning band, Third Day. He formed the band along with guitarist and friend, Mark Lee, during their senior year of high school. Throughout almost 20 years of making Christian music, Mac has been able to travel the world sharing his faith and music to millions. Third Day was honored this year by being inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. Mac and his wife, Aimee, live in the suburbs of Atlanta with their four beautiful children, including their 8-month old son whom they adopted with the help of Bethany Christian Services. |
We will also be holding a silent auction at the banquet.
Some of the items will include vacation rentals in Florida, a half-day, guided quail hunt, Third Day items (including a guitar autographed by the band members), sports memorabilia, and much more.
